About us
We are Costa Home Spain, a small family-run holiday rental in Cala de Finestrat, on the Costa Blanca. Costa Home Spain is a registered trade name, not a company: you book directly with the apartments' private owner.
We are not a chain or a booking portal: we personally look after every apartment and every guest. We welcome you on arrival, share our favourite local spots and are available throughout your stay.
Our guests mention three things above all: cleanliness, the views and the personal touch. That is exactly what we want you to take home too.

How to book
Choose your dates and apartment and complete your booking online. You will receive an email with your booking summary and payment instructions.
Price
The total price is shown itemised before you pay. It includes taxes, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Two mandatory property costs are added to the accommodation rate per stay: final cleaning (€90 at Bellavista; €70 at Aguamarina and Cala Esmeralda) and electricity (€20). There are no hidden charges on arrival; a refundable security deposit is requested at check-in (see house rules).
At Bellavista, the price includes 2 guests; from the 3rd onwards, €30 per night for each person over 12. When booking, please count anyone over 12 as an adult. Maximum capacity is 5 people in total, adults and children included, with a maximum of 2 children.
Payment
When you book, you pay the full price of your stay by card (Apple Pay and Bancontact are also accepted). Your booking is confirmed only once the full payment has been charged; if the payment is not completed, there is no booking.
Security notice
The only valid payment details are those shown in the official confirmation of your booking. We will never ask you to pay into a different account or change our bank details by email, WhatsApp or message. If you receive such a request, do not pay and call us on +34 665 381 223.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: we refund the amount paid in full. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival or do not show up, no amount paid is refunded. If by 23:59 on the arrival day you have not arrived and have not told us you will be late, the booking is treated as a no-show and the entire stay is cancelled.
Longer stays
Holiday rentals are let for stays of up to 10 nights. If you need longer, write to us and we will suggest the right option.
Extras
A baby cot is available for €70 per stay, subject to availability. Please request it when booking.
