House rules

  • Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No parties, events, or stag or hen parties.
  • Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, out of respect for the neighbours.
  • The number of guests may not exceed each apartment's stated capacity.
  • Refundable security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival, in all three apartments, returned in full on departure after the apartment has been checked.
  • At Aguamarina and Cala Esmeralda, the lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
  • Before entering, all guests must complete the guest registration (check-in form) required by Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021: everyone over 14 signs it and shows their identity document, and children's details are provided by the accompanying adult. We will send you an online check-in link before arrival. Without this registration we cannot hand over the keys.
  • The full amount of the stay must be paid before you enter the property.
  • Arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 carry a €35 surcharge. We cannot receive guests from 00:00 onwards. Please tell us your arrival time and, if you are flying, your flight number at least 2 days in advance.
